Our Los Angeles-based textile company is hiring for a key Sales and Customer Service position. We are a leading supplier of U.S-made knit fabrics and offer full-package garment production services.
This is a hybrid role for a professional who is skilled at both developing new business and providing expert support to our clients through the entire production process.
This is an in office position and all services will be ran through a website managed by you.
OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES:
You will be representing our premier lines of high-quality Knit Fabric and our Garment Production Packages (cut, sew, and finish services). Everything we offer is PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA at our facility in Los Angeles.
This role requires a blend of proactive sales and dedicated client management. Your responsibilities are divided between these two critical functions:
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients, including clothing brands, designers, and businesses needing private label manufacturing.
Present our fabric collections and in-house production capabilities.
Prepare detailed quotes for bulk fabric orders and garment production runs.
Negotiate terms and close new deals to meet sales targets.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary account manager for all clients, guiding them from initial order to final delivery.
Accurately process fabric orders and manage production timelines with our team.
Answer all client questions regarding materials, technical specifications, and order status.
Resolve any issues promptly to ensure a smooth production process and high client satisfaction.
COMPENSATION:
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission. This structure rewards your success in both winning new production contracts and providing excellent, long-term client management.
