We’re a dynamic and growing fresh food delivery company, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Sales and Customer Service Team.
This role blends Sales and Client Support — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and helping clients succeed in their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls and client inquiries
Provide personalized support to existing clients, including:
- Renewal orders
- Error resolution
- Account adjustments
- Program guidance and goal setting (e.g. weight loss)
Manage cancellations and client concerns with care and professionalism
Direct phone calls and perform administrative duties as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in both Sales and Customer Service
Strong communication skills — articulate in both speaking and writing
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze client needs and offer thoughtful, effective solutions
Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Proficient in basic computer and data entry tasks
Comfortable coaching clients toward weight loss or lifestyle goals
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
