A roving property manager is needed to manage multiple properties in the South Los Angeles area. The manager will visit the properties on a daily basis. The manager will live at one of the properties managed. If you like being on the go, working in a fast paced environment and engaging with people, this is the position for you.
What Will You Do?
Collect Rent
Collect Delinquencies
Generate and Post notices as needed
Review maintenance service requests and schedule
Advertise, market and lease vacant units
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
What Is Needed?
1 year of onsite property manager experience, managing up to 30+ units is preferred
Experience managing multiple properties is a plus
MUST have a Valid CA Driver's license
MUST have a Reliable vehicle to be used on a daily basis
Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
GED or HS Diploma
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
What Is The Pay?
$3300-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
What Is The Schedule?
Full Time
Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
