Los Angeles based property management company is looking for a roving property manager to manage 2-8 buildings in the North East Los Angeles (Glassell Park) Area. This position is full-time, and the position does require the manager to live at one of the properties managed. Below is what needed/required. Experience Needed & Requirements
Collection of Rent & Delinquencies
Generating and Posting of notices as needed
Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed
Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors
Advertise, market and lease vacant units
1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred
Managing a property of 50+ units preferred
GED or HS Diploma
Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST
Reliable Vehicle, , this is a MUST
Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Pay/Schedule:
$3000-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Full Time
Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
