Portfolio Property Manager Needed for HOAs – Woodland Hills
We need a property manager to manage a portfolio of condominium associations. Some night meetings are required. Must be able to type, handle emails and phone calls, draft notices, communicate and resolve matters with boards, owners, and vendors, and attend board meetings.
We prefer someone who lives within 15 miles of our office who:
Has 1 year or more of direct experience working for an HOA management company.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can work both independently, and as part of a team.
Is familiar with the Davis – Stirling Act or will commit to learning its contents in detail.
Experience using AppFolio (Software)
Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
