A property manager is needed to manage a building in the Koreatown area (Vermont and Wilshire). This position is full time and the manager is required to live at the building being managed. Send your resume in word of pdf format for review to be considered.
Duties:
- Rent- Collection of monthly rent and delinquencies
- Notices- Generating and Posting (3 Day, 24 Hour, Pest, etc.)
- Maintenance Orders- Review and schedule
- Vacant units- Advertise, market and lease
- Tenants- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with
Requirements:
- Property manager experience- 1 year of living onsite and managing up to 60+ units is preferred
- Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST
- Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis, this is a MUST
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- GED or HS Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Compensation/Benefits:
- $3400-4000/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
