We are currently seeking a property manager to manage a building in the Koreatown area. Building is near Vermont and Wilshire. If you are interested and want to hear more, send your resume to be considered.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collection of Rent
- Posting Notices
- Reviewing and scheduling work orders
- Marketing and leasing vacant units
- Other duties as needed
Required:
- 1 year of onsite property manager preferred
- Managing a property with 50+ units
- GED or HS Diploma
- Valid Driver's license
- Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
Salary & Benefits/Schedule:
- $3300-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
