Job description
We are currently seeking a bilingual on-site property manager to join our team. This role requires the manager to reside on-site in order to ensure availability to manage and oversee the property efficiently. The property manager is responsible for being the primary point of contact and must be prepared to respond promptly to any emergencies that may occur within their assigned building.
Responsibilities:
Leasing and collections
Executing leases, serving legal notices
Monitoring outside vendors
Provide professional, quick and efficient tenant support
Recording and tracking completion of work orders
Oversight and follow up with property rules and regulations
Light maintenance (changing batteries, general cleaning)
Maintain property curb appeal
Facilitate communication between tenants, support staff and management
Maintain high occupancy and top market rents
Computer proficient: Excel, Microsoft, and Outlook (daily data entry of above listed duties).
Inspect quality and completion of unit turn overs with vendors
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent Spanish speaker REQUIRED
2 years property management experience is preferred
Sales experience/Customer service experience a plus
Positive attitude, amazing verbal and written communication skills. Great passion for working smart and proactively
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities and work ethic
A valid driver’s license with a good condition operational vehicle
Expertise with PC-based or Mac-based systems including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with Rent Manager is desired but is not required

Compensation: comp’ed rent (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom)
On-Site Property Manager/Management Team
Job Type: Part-time/ weekends as needed
