Job Description:
As an Onsite Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our onsite operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day activities and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Collecting rent and serving notices
Maintaining and improving operational efficiency and productivity.
Maintaining Property appearance by cleaning grounds daily and facilities.
Reporting all maintenance issues in a timely manner
Implementing company policies and safety standards at the site.
