Position: Secretary / Personal Assistant
Compensation: Hourly + Monthly Bonus
Schedule: Friday to Sunday (30 hours per week)
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary / Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our business. This role primarily involves general office duties and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient with computers, smartphones, mobile apps, and web-based tools
- Comfortable learning new systems and platforms
- No prior sales experience required — training will be provided
Work Schedule:
Friday through Sunday — 30 hours total
Responsibilities include:
- Answering business phone calls
- Online marketing and social media support
- Running basic errands
- Managing bills and utilities
- Creating and sending invoices
- Collecting and processing payments
- Organizing statements (as needed)
- Managing returns and online purchases
- Performing general office duties
- Coordinating office maintenance, repairs, phone or internet issues
- Assisting with travel planning
- Buying and selling items online
- Handling online payments
- Ordering office supplies (online and in person)
- Using PC software proficiently
- Familiarity with Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar file-sharing platforms
- Taking photos of products/items (if needed)
- Data entry tasks
