About Us:
We are a well-established limousine service company based in Los Angeles County, currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary / Personal Assistant to support our daily business operations. This is a full-time position offering room for growth, training, and performance-based bonuses.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be clean, presentable, organized, and comfortable using computers, smartphones, web-based tools, and apps. Sales experience is not required — we are happy to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming business calls
Coordinate limousine reservations and client communication
Perform basic office duties and administrative tasks
Manage and organize invoices, bills, and payment collections
Create financial and operational reports
Assist with payroll processing (as needed)
Run local errands as required
Coordinate office maintenance (repairs, internet, phone issues)
Make travel arrangements and bookings
Purchase office supplies (online and in-person)
Conduct basic data entry and record keeping
Perform light social media and online marketing
Manage online purchases and returns
Take photos of inventory items (if applicable)
Handle Dropbox, WeTransfer, and other file-sharing tools
Support online buying/selling platforms and digital payments
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities independently
Tech-savvy with basic PC software and mobile app proficiency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with tools like Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer is a plus
Familiarity with social media marketing is a bonus
