Bookkeeping will involve Microsoft Word, Excel, Finder (Mac file manager), and scanning and physical filing.
Mac/tech-savvy, attention to detail, passion for organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ideal candidate also has note-taking skills, interpersonal skills, phone manner, and office etiquette (answer/make phone calls, write/respond to emails, letters, etc.)
Must drive own car
Must live within 15 miles of Brentwood area
Flexible 2 weekdays 5-6 hours starting around 9am, plus option for Sundays 12-5pm
12-17+ hours a week
$25/hr, paid each time
You will be compensated for gas
