-Entering time slips and billing clients using (Tussman Program)
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries
-Communicating with clients
-Providing support to office staff with scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting clients
-Receiving and sending emails, faxes
-Opening and closing client files
-Maintaining organized filing system, organizing documents
-Preparation of correspondence and memos
-Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
-Manage and maintain office supplies, equiptment
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
