We are seeking an Office Clerk/Assistant to join our legal document processing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are willing to train and help you build your experience while you help us build our company.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls and enter customer orders
Perform general office tasks
Qualifications:
Personable.
Good comprehension and proofreading skills. Candidate should be a good speller.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good word processing/typing skills. We prefer 40 wpm or higher.
Ability to multitask.
Our office is located in Rosemead, California (San Gabriel Valley). If you are bilingual or multilingual, that is a bonus but it is not required.
