Seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to help in all aspects of day-to-day operations (making phone calls, run errands, ). This is a full time position.
Strong attention to detail is necessary(this is an extremely detail-oriented position), and the ideal candidate will be confident in working independently and be a self-starter. Training will be provided.
- Data entry and scanning
- Preparation of Excel, Word, or Adobe/Wondershare docs, etc.
- Filing paperwork
- Run various company and occasional personal errands, as needed – must have reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Wondershare or Adobe Pro
- Ability to interact with management, other employees, and clients
