Korean Speaking Legal Admin Needed for Boutique West Los Angeles Law Firm

We are a boutique family law litigation law firm located in West Los Angeles that is looking for a highly motivated Korean Speaking administrator to join our firm.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, has at least one year of professional work experience in law, or has very strong computer skills, writing skills and is highly motivated to learn about law firm management. Litigation requires excellent time management, organization skills, multitasking ability, and self-motivation. Applicants should be computer savvy, and very comfortable with Microsoft Word and working with Adobe PDF files.

Duties

The duties for the position will include: supporting paralegals and attorneys, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, case management, memo drafting, digital and physical filing of legal documents, review of evidence, assistance with trial preparation, preparation of forms, electronic filing, file management and working together with a team of fellow staff and attorneys.
