We are a bustling restaurant in Inglewood, Los Angeles specializing in authentic Chinese wok-fried cuisine and Mongolian BBQ. We pride ourselves on delivering flavorful dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and help maintain our high standards.
Job Description:
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen while maintaining our high culinary standards. You will be responsible for ordering, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a KM in Chinese or Mongolian cuisine
-Extensive knowledge of wok-fried cooking techniques and Mongolian BBQ
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
This position is for our location in Inglewood but we will be holding open interviews at our other restaurant in Silverlake @Ivanhoe Restaurant: 2500 Riverside Dr. Los Angeles CA 90039
