As we prepare to launch, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fast Food Kitchen Manager to join our team and help us set the standard for quality and service.
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Fast Food Kitchen Manager with a proven track record in managing high-volume restaurant kitchens. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills. This role requires availability for a minimum of four days per week, including both morning and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of quality.
Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Monitor kitchen inventory, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked and waste is minimized.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties related to kitchen management.
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs.
Flexibility to work both morning and night shifts.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Must have strong communication skills
Must be able to work with google sheets or Microsoft Excel
