Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and profitable running of our establishment, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, and foster a positive and productive work environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.

- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels to meet business needs.

- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Marketing & Promotions: Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the restaurant industry.

- Proficient in restaurant management software and MS Office.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus.

- Able to communicate in English and Spanish
