Company Overview:

Residential General Contracting Business. In business for over 24 years. We build primarily in Pasadena and La Canada areas. ADU's, high end single family remodels, and occasional ground up single family homes. Typically do 10 to 15 projects a year. We have in house full time crews and also manage other subcontractors.

Position Overview: Salary $90k to $110K based on experience. Company does not offer other benefits except for performance bonuses.

As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations on multiple construction sites within the vicinity of each other. Your role is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.

Coordinate and schedule daily tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

Resolve any on-site conflicts or delays, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and progress.

Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Interface with subcontractors and employees, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of structural construction techniques is crucial.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or foreman in the construction industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
