We are planning to expand and currently seeking a Part time or full time Estimator to perform Construction Estimates, commercial private and public works on the following.
Demolition.
Excavation and Grading. concrete
Foundation.
Framing walls and floors. structural and ornamental metal
Framing roof.
Siding.
Doors and windows.
Insulation.
Drywall.
Painting.
Interior Trim.
Finish flooring. tiling
Roofing.
Electricity, Gas and Pluming.
Some of the tasks for this position are:
I. Meeting with potential clients
II. Perform estimates
III. Submit estimates
IV. Constantly communicate with Business owner, Clients, carpenters, former, and others.
V. Visit job sites.
VI. Office work or field work related to estimating.
VII. Meetings.
Skills are needed to:
Read blue prints.
using estimating and scheduling software ( or willing to be trained)
Follow a well-organized program and procedures.
knowledge of Microsoft office.
