Assist construction superintendent in all construction activities of custom built single family residences over 10,000 sq. ft. Assist in overseeing daily operations of construction site - scheduling, inspection, coordinate subcontractors; supervise crews/manpower, delivery of materials; ; Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills; Must have strong organizational skills to maintain project records, daily reports, safety documents, RFI's, time sheets, purchase orders, etc.; Manage job site clean-up and housekeeping with subcontractors.
Prior experience in construction preferred. Must be able to read construction documents/blueprints.
