Job Summary:

As a Bilingual HVAC Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, provide product and service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is essential to building strong customer relationships and supporting our service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish.

Schedule and confirm HVAC service appointments.

Provide information about HVAC products, services, pricing, and promotions.

Assist customers with service issues, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records and update service tickets in the system.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Handle billing questions and assist with payment processing as needed.

Support other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.

Previous customer service experience, preferably in HVAC or a related industry, is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with basic computer skills and experience using scheduling or CRM software.

Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
