Bilingual HVAC Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) – Torrance, CA

Pay: $19/hour (pay increases with tenure!)

We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team and help keep our customers happy!

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish.

Schedule and confirm HVAC service appointments.

Provide product and service information, pricing, and promotions.

Assist with service issues, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with our technicians for timely service.

Handle billing questions and support other administrative tasks as needed.

Dispatch technicians as part of your daily responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – spoken and written.

Previous HVAC experience is required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills; experience with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
