Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative with experience in commercial insurance. The ideal candidate is licensed, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service.
Responsibilities:
Support commercial clients with their insurance needs
Handle customer phone calls/emails, policy changes, certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits and file claims
Handle Cancellation/Reinstatement Notices
Provide clear explanations of coverage in both English and Spanish
Collaborate with producers and underwriters
Assist agent with the administrative aspects of the quoting and sales process
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
Experience in commercial insurance, ideally focused on contractors insurance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail in account documentation and other tasks
Minimum 3 years of experience of customer service in an insurance agency
