Office seeks an experienced office administrator with a MINIMUM of 3 years experience to handle administrative tasks. Examples of duties would be document processing, proposal preparing, phone answering and call routing, productivity reports, light spreadsheet input and employee scheduling. The successful candidate should be computer literate, able to professionally speak on the phone, knowledge in Office 365 products and MUST have employee scheduling experience.
