Self storage facility seeks a dependable, self-motivated, energetic assistant manager with excellent phone and customer service skills at our storage facility in Temecula. We are looking for someone who pays close attention to detail, follows directions and has general computer skills and enjoys working with people.

Prior work experience in self-storage or property management is preferred, but not required. Computer, office, sales, communication, office technology and customer service skills are mandatory.

Monday - Wednesday 9am-5pm. Starting pay is $18+ per hour depending on experience. The candidate must pass a drug screen, criminal and financial background check.

Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to operating facility management software program, answering phones, making collection calls, corresponding with e-mails, processing payments, showing/renting storage units, interacting with customers in the office and on-site, maintaining a daily inspection of the property ensuring the site and grounds are neat, clean and safe. Light office and property cleaning. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
