Join Our Growing Family-Owned Real Estate Support Team!

Are you looking for a flexible work schedule and an opportunity to grow in a thriving real estate company? This multifaceted role offers the chance to support our sales team, manage transactions, assist with data entry, create engaging digital content, and help with office administration.

If you're eager to dive into real estate marketing, real estate support, work with creative tools, and thrive in a collaborative environment, but aren't looking to do real estate sales, this is the role for you!

At Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters, we’ve been a family-owned business since 1974—offering the stability of a long-established company with the personal touch of a close-knit, family-first team. Work close to home, reduce your commute, and enjoy more time with your loved ones.

What We Offer:

- Creative, collaborative environment with opportunities to shape our digital voice and visual content.

- Flexibility in office hours, so you can create a schedule that works for both of us.

- Hands-on experience with the latest social media and marketing tools.

- A chance to learn real estate marketing technologies and develop new skills.

- A friendly, family-owned company with over 50 years of experience.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on brainstorming and executing digital and print marketing campaigns.

- Create and manage social media content across various platforms to grow our brand and support agents.

- Design eye-catching marketing materials like flyers, postcards, and print ads.

- Support operations with data entry, listing management, and general office administration.

- Assist the real estate sales and escrow team with closing and acquiring real estate transactions.

- Provide customer service, manage appointment scheduling, and assist with general office tasks (answering phones, mailings, opening/closing duties).

What We're Looking For:

- Eagerness to learn new technologies, and software and tools.—if you don’t have all the skills listed, but are a worker, we’ll provide training!

- A positive, outgoing personality who thrives in a team environment.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite, social media, Canva, PC troubleshooting).

- Multi-tasking skills—ability to manage different projects and collaborate with various team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills—bring your ideas and solutions!

- Ability to handle confidential documents with professionalism.

- Self-motivated with a willingness to master new responsibilities.

- Flexible schedule: 5-8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5 PM.

- Social media and basic graphic design skills (Canva Pro, Publisher) are a plus.

- Bilingual is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $17.00 per hour.

- Paid sick leave & vacation time.

- 401k/Retirement plan.

- Flexible schedule.
