Description As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our organization's receivables process with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for invoicing customers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Your expertise in Netsuite will be instrumental in supporting our organization's financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and efficiently in Netsuite.
Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on past due balances to ensure timely payment.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and develop collection strategies.
Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts receivable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in accounts receivable, with proficiency in Netsuite.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
