Description Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a passion for excellence? Robert Half is currently seeking a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join an amazing organization in Carlsbad. If you have experience with Netsuite and a knack for accuracy and efficiency, then we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and efficiently in Netsuite, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and process payments to vendors via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
Assist with month-end close processes and accruals related to accounts payable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency gains.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, with proficiency in Netsuite.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
