Description Are you driven to optimize revenue streams and ensure financial stability? Our esteemed client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. If you're ready to play a pivotal role in managing accounts receivable processes, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to financial success, then this is the opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to billing terms and schedules.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices, communicating with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve any billing inquiries or discrepancies.

Process customer payments received via various channels, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments, and apply payments to customer accounts accurately.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams and customers to address any outstanding issues or disputes.

Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition, bad debt analysis, and financial reporting, to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

Maintain documentation and records related to accounts receivable transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.

Previous experience in accounts receivable or related financial role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and transaction processing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
