Position SummaryWhat you'll doJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee our security technology products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing product management activities for our Enterprise Security and Safety team. They will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's safety and security to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction.You'll sweep us off our feet if:

You have extensive experience in product management, specifically within the realm of security technology.

You have experience in managing product lifecycles, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.

You can demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and how innovative security technologies can benefit our business.

You have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive product strategies that have led to market success.

You possess strong project management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines without compromising on quality.

You are passionate about using your product management skills to enhance our company's security posture, thus safeguarding our assets, associates, and customers.

You're a master at making complex technical solutions easily understood by non-techies.

You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

You'll make an impact by:

Owning products - Create the strategy for security technology and execute that strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Make data-driven decisions - Collect, segment, and analyze information related to product performance, trends, forecasts, competitors, and industry changes then flex products and solutions to meet the needs of customers.

Driving Business Execution and Adaptability - Execute multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

Manage vision and roadmaps - Develop and enhance highly complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features.

Building strategic relationships: Maximize relationships with new and existing vendors, understanding, and evaluating their products and capabilities and negotiating advantageous rates. Build internal partnerships and support your business partner's goals.

Operating with excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.
