If you are a resourceful self-starter comfortable identifying opportunity areas and actioning against them in partnership with leadership and cross-functional partners, this may be the role for you.What you'll do

Provide end-to-end visibility to status and health of global program to drive appropriate accountability and action.

Collaborate closely with Ethics & Compliance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to triage issues, resolve dependencies, and plan upcoming work.

Develop metrics, evaluate activities, and report on the progress and outcomes of projects and initiatives.

Track active work and associate allocation across initiatives.

Manage backlogs and care for content priorities.

Create playbooks and document best practices.

Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.

Work successfully in a matrix organization.

Build strategic relationships quickly.

What you'll bring

At least 5 years' experience in program or project management across cross-functional teams

A track record of influencing cross-functional partners and working horizontally across initiatives at a big company

A love of process and a willingness to address friction that springs from it, including the ability to jump into the weeds of day-to-day design and development activity when needed

Deep comfortability with Jira

Action-orientation, resourcefulness, and approachability while also having the ability to

strategize and influence

Natural collaboration skills and comfortability giving and receiving feedback

Familiarity with effective compliance programs and compliance-by-design concepts -and curious to learn more

Trust in and prioritization of the collective success of the team - you are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members

Discipline, rigorous prioritization, and ability to hold project contributors accountable

Enthusiasm to be challenged and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale

Strong communications and organizational skills. Strong ability to think strategically and follow through tactically

Excellent judgment and ability to interface with and influence senior executives
