Overview of Duties
Coordinate subcontractors and project managers
Understand the scope to be able to produce accurate scheduling
Communicate with Customers to inform status of job from start to finish
Ordering of materials and equipment
Handle all warranty requests
Answering all incoming office calls
Permit Submittals
Various office duties
Experience/Requirements
Able to work in an extremely fast-paced working environment
Excellent time-management skills
Must be able to multi-task while staying organized
Extremely detail oriented
Possess strong communication skills for verbally and written
Ability to build and maintain a great relationship with Customers and Co-workers
Construction background a plus
Knowledge in all aspects of office and field support of Construction projects.
Must have good knowledge of Excel.
