Job Functions:
Monitor Samsara driving habits.
Monitor Samsara camera footage for violations.
Ensures new drivers have passed the driving test, works with driver on DVIR app and trains them on proper walk around/usage.
Meets with drivers and management on violations.
Maintains/tracks driver bonus/rewards/shout outs.
Works with mechanic to ensure GPS/Cameras are working properly.
Works with accounting to ensure fuel charges are in line with driving routes.
Ensures Etico Fleet Safety is up to date and being followed.
