We are seeking a NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of construction project on the trim side of HVAC new construction
-Allocate resources for assigned projects
-Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
-Interact with superintendents/project managers of builders
-Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
-Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
-Coordinates purchases of all necessary equipment, and services for all jobs.
-Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring alignment on project schedule.
-Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the installation process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
-Develop and maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports related to HVAC installations and warranties
-Facilitate clear communication between office staff and field crew members. Offer support to senior staff.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
-Previous HVAC project management experience
-Strong leadership qualities
-Strong negotiation skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented
