We are searching for a self-starter who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills to work in a small family owned manufacturing business.
This employee will have excellent oral and written communication skills, work ethic, be organized, hardworking and honest.
The office administrator is responsible for entering purchase orders, bills, and invoices from vendors.
General data entry, sorting, filing, answering phones, taking messages, updating customer and vendor information.
Communicating with customers, vendors, & co-workers daily
Must have experience with QuickBooks, ADP payroll, H.R., accounting skills A/R, A/P & intermediate skill in Word and Excel
Work history and education to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to learn & perform the required duties outlined above
Hours-Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4pm
Paid Time Off accrues after 90 days
