We Design Products, Make Prototypes, Construct Tooling, and Manufacture products.
Do you have experience with the below?
> Manual conventional machines: mills, lathes, grinders, etc. <
Optional Experience (but not required) - Fabrication and Welding
Optional Experience (but not required) - CNC 3-4 axis VMC, and also CNC Lathe
Optional Experience (but not required) - Heat Treating, Surface Grinding, O.D. and I.D Grinding, ability to maintain tight dimensional tolerances to .0002"
PROTOTYPE CONSTRUCTION
Prototyping Engineering Machine Shop, including Milling, Lathe Turning and Single Point Threading.
Ability to maintain tight dimensional tolerances to +- .001" capabilities. And can work with almost any material, general metals, aluminum, high carbon steel, alloys, stainless steel, titanium, polymers and plastics, carbon fiber, wood etc.
TOOLING FOR THE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Creation of manufacturing tooling, as well as both specialized and conventional production equipment and machinery to suit the needs of the specific project.
SHORT-RUN AND MID-VOLUME MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Ability to setup manufacturing tooling and machines for short production runs, using conventional manual machines, and optional CNC machines, specialized production equipment and machinery to suit the needs of specific situation job at hand. Have knowledge and experience with various manufacturing methods and are also able to provide help in evaluating production processes and offering improvements and solutions to increase efficiency or output. And importantly Lower Manufacturing Costs.
This is a long-term job contract opportunity, for making the needed machined parts and components we require.

Have 20-30 hours available weekly for project work
Flexible to work on-site weekly as needed

We offer for your services $25-$45 per hour as a contractor.
