We Design Products, Make Prototypes, Construct Tooling, and Manufacture products.
Do you have experience with the below?
Manual conventional machines: mills, lathes, grinders, etc
CNC 3-4 axis VMC, and also CNC Lathe
Fabrication
PROTOTYPE CONSTRUCTION
Prototyping Engineering Machine Shop, including Milling, Lathe Turning, Heat Treating, Surface Grinding, O.D. and I.D Grinding, ability to maintain tight dimensional tolerances to .0002" capabilities. And can work with almost any material, general metals, aluminum, carbon fiber, high carbon steel, alloys, stainless steel, titanium, polymers and plastics, wood etc.
TOOLING FOR THE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Creation of manufacturing tooling, as well as both specialized and conventional production equipment and machinery to suit the needs of the specific project.
SHORT-RUN AND MID-VOLUME MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Ability to setup manufacturing tooling and machines for production runs, as well as conventional, CNC, and specialized production equipment and machinery to suit the needs of specific situation job at hand. Have knowledge and experience with various manufacturing methods and are also able to provide help in evaluating production processes and offering improvements and solutions to increase efficiency or output. And importantly Lower Manufacturing Costs.
This is a job contract opportunity, for making the needed machined parts and components we require.
It would be great if you have:
Have the needed experience
Have a Machine Shop
Are flexible upon occasion to work on-site
Perhaps have 10-30 hours of available weekly for project work
Have the love of building awesome prototypes, and products!
