Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: 28th Dr North of Peoria
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Fridays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Starting Pay: $15/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Benefits: Raises after 90 days and annually

About Us: Pro Players Wellness is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. Our office is conveniently located on 28th Dr North of Peoria.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
Generating call reports and maintaining accurate records
Issuing refunds and resolving customer concerns
Saving customer deals and adjusting purchased products
Handling subscription cancellations
Assisting the shipping department with labeling
Collaborating with HR on bank dispute responses
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service is a plus
Strong multitasking skills
Excellent time management abilities
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working without constant micro-management
