Our sporting goods and outdoor gear store is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Remote Customer Service Representatives. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. This is a part-time position.
Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide product recommendations
Resolve customer complaints and problems
Process orders and returns
Maintain customer account records
Assist with online navigation
Support promotions and sales
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
