Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Printing & Signage Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with professional and efficient service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the printing and signage process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails promptly.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and pricing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-order issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the printing or signage industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to learn and use industry-specific software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
