We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Account Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing and resolving inquiries, complaints, and account-related concerns through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers including order processing, quote inquiries, service updates.
Provide timely, and accurate responses to customer issues and requests.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
Schedule installs and manage calendars using scheduling software.
Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and management to support, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer service experience (1-3 years)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Adapts easily to change.
