Customer Service Representative - 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $16.00 per hour
About Us
Dr. Don’s Print Lab is a family-owned small business that’s been around since 1991. We specialize in custom printing for buttons, apparel, and promotional products. Some of our work involves political campaigns, so we keep things professional and neutral. Our shop is fast-paced but supportive, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom products to our customers.
About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be helping customers place orders, answering questions, and working with our production crew to make sure everything goes smoothly. This is not a short-term role. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a long-term part of the team. Most of our team has been here for years, they enjoy the work and appreciate the great environment.
What You’ll Do
Answer phones and help customers place custom orders for buttons, shirts, and other promo items
Respond to customer questions via email or phone
Help explain design options, production timelines, and pricing
Work closely with our production team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Good attention to detail
Fast and comfortable using computers
Willingness to learn different products and printing processes
Works well in a small, close-knit team environment
Professional and neutral when working on political jobs
Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
