Key Responsibilities:
Handle 75+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism
Generate and complete daily work orders
Process new account openings and cancellations
Maintain accurate customer account records
Document customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Perform administrative tasks and process credit card payments
Participate in weekly/biweekly team meetings
Collaborate daily with Operations team on service needs
