We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice our guests and residents rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, residents, and potential renters in person, over the phone, and via email
Process check-ins, reservations, payments, and paperwork
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support park operations, including light administrative tasks and coordination with maintenance staff
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience (hospitality or property management a plus)
Basic computer proficiency (email, reservation software, etc.)
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Friendly attitude and team-player mindset
