Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a roofing client located in Phoenix, AZ.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK RESPNSIBILITIES
Work with warehouse team to maintain & update the yard/warehouse inventory quantities in the system based on usage reports; Release inventory to job #’s and record purchase receipts
Place orders with suppliers to replenish yard inventory items
Update month end inventory based on physical counts
Assist in billing/invoicing for residential customers
Review accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on customer collections
Translate data into actionable and consumable insights using available visualization tools, while maintaining a broader, strategic perspective on the organization and prioritization of key initiatives
Assist in billing and tax documentation and preparation of related forms
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in accounting/accounts receivable
SAGE experience
Advanced Excel skills
