Bieck Management is seeking a talented and motivated hands on Apartment Maintenance Technician for 86 units in Racine!
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:
-Property maintenance and general upkeep of the apartments and grounds.
-Attend to tenant requests for work orders regarding plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and general maintenance issues.
-Ensure all vacant apartments are prepared in a timely fashion to our high standards.
-Guarantee that the physical aspects of the property meets Bieck Management’s standards.
Skills/Qualifications:
-Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and general maintenance. Working knowledge of boiler systems a plus.
- Coordinate work performed by outside contractors.
-Self motivation and self-direction.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
-Provide high quality responsiveness to both internal and external customers.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Available in the event of emergencies.
The ideal candidate would be willing to live on the property.
Compensation is based on experience and is negotiable.
