Seeking experienced line cook/BOH leader

Sobie's Restaurant, a small family-owned and operated farm-to-table restaurant is seeking an experienced line cook to join our work family. Looking for a leader with experience in scratch cooking and/or casual fine dining. Must be available days, nights, and weekends.
