100% Remote Opportunity! A Large Childcare Educational Company is hiring multiple Application Support Technicians to join the team for a fully remote opportunity! Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift anytime between 4:45am-5pm PST.This company is Local to Portland, OR but this position is WFH!Job Description:
Less technically intense, more focus on customer service. Collaborative – working with the customer they are supporting and the business partner so lots of communication.
Incoming calls for ticket queues, password resets in active directory and some proprietary software for biller and family management in the centers.
Provide support collaboratively with the procurement team for food and equipment (this is a little out of the technical component and more customer service.)
Process familiarity, Work from home experience is a BIG plus.
Qualifications:
CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support certificate is preferred
1-2+ years of Help Desk, IT Support, Application Support experience required
Previous experience within Workday and assisting with password resets is a plus
Previous work from home experience is preferred
Must be willing to work any 8 hour shift between Mon-Fri 445am to 5pm pst range
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
